Nuecrea Private Limited (“Nuecrea”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website at nuecrea.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form, email us or call us, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, the division you are interested in, and the content of your message. Please do not send us sensitive personal data (financial account details, government identifiers, health information) through the form.
Information collected automatically. The Site does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and does not set cookies for tracking. Our hosting provider and our form provider record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time in their server logs for security and abuse prevention.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
- To provide, and follow up on, the services you ask us about across Nuecrea Studio, Nuecrea Media and Nuecrea Realty.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain our own records.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We will only send you marketing communications if you have asked to receive them, and every such message will offer a way to opt out.
3. The legal basis
We process the data you submit on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily send us an enquiry, and for the legitimate purpose of responding to it. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary, and only with:
- Web3Forms, the third-party service that receives our enquiry-form submissions and forwards them to us by email;
- our hosting and email providers, which store and transmit the Site and our correspondence;
- our own team and contractors, bound by confidentiality, who need it to respond to you;
- authorities or advisers, where disclosure is required by law or needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
Some of these providers operate servers outside India. Where data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of the conversation — ordinarily up to three years from our last contact — after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax or contractual reasons. Where an engagement follows, retention is governed by the agreement for that engagement.
6. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, so while we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to: confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you access to it; correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date; erase data we no longer need; or withdraw the consent on which our processing relies. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
To make a request, email info@nuecrea.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. External links
The Site links to third-party websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them; please read their own privacy policies before sharing information with them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the version in force. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date here.
